We are seeking experienced Spinning Machine Operators to join our client's textile manufacturing facility. If you have hands-on experience operating spinning machinery and a strong understanding of textile production processes, this role is for you.
About the Role
As a Spinning Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining spinning machines to produce high-quality yarn. You will work in a production environment, ensuring machine efficiency, quality output, and minimal downtime. This role requires experience with ring frames, speed frames, carding, or blowroom machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate spinning machines (ring frame, speed frame, carding, draw frame, etc.)
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain yarn quality
- Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance
- Inspect yarn for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Report machine breakdowns and coordinate with maintenance team
- Maintain production logs and shift reports
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Qualification and Requirements
- Education: ITI or Diploma in Textile Technology / relevant field preferred
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience operating spinning machines
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Hands-on experience with ring frames, speed frames, or blowroom machinery
- Knowledge of yarn quality parameters and testing
- Ability to work in shifts in a textile mill environment
- Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail
