Riddhi Siddhi Placement is actively hiring for the position of Maintenance Engineer (Pharma & Chemical Plant) on behalf of our esteemed client in Boisar MIDC. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced male candidates with engineering expertise in pharmaceutical and chemical utilities.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer with experience in maintaining machinery, utilities, and equipment within a pharmaceutical or chemical plant environment. The ideal candidate will handle preventive maintenance, break-down troubleshooting, and ensure maximum plant uptime and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in reactors, centrifuges, boilers, and HVAC systems
- Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and compliance documentation (GMP standards)
- Supervise maintenance technicians and contract workers
- Ensure strict adherence to industrial safety regulations and environmental guidelines
- Optimize spare parts inventory and coordinate with external vendors
Qualification and Requirements
- Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Prior maintenance experience in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing plants
- Gender Preference: Male candidates only (due to operational requirements)
- Location: Boisar MIDC, Maharashtra
- Employment Type: Full-Time
