Riddhi Siddhi Placement is actively hiring for the position of R&D Officer (Pharma & Chemical) on behalf of our esteemed client in Boisar MIDC. This is a superb opportunity for male candidates with 3 to 5 years of research and development experience in chemical synthesis or formulation.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced R&D Officer to join our client's research division. The candidate will work on developing new chemical pathways, testing chemical compounds, conducting synthesis/formulation experiments, and scaling laboratory trials to commercial production.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute laboratory-scale chemical synthesis and formulation trials
- Analyze and characterize reaction mixtures and final products using laboratory instruments
- Maintain detailed lab notebooks, experimental records, and project documentation
- Optimize process parameters for yield, purity, and safety improvement
- Assist in technology transfer from lab scale to pilot/commercial plant scales
- Adhere to lab safety guidelines, chemical handling protocols, and GLP standards
Qualification and Requirements
- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in research and development (R&D)
- Gender Preference: Male candidates only
- Location: Boisar MIDC, Maharashtra
- Employment Type: Full-Time
