Riddhi Siddhi Placement is actively hiring for the position of Production Officer & Executive (Pharma & Chemical Plant) on behalf of our esteemed client in Boisar MIDC. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced male candidates in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Production Officers and Executives with hands-on experience in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing plants. The candidate will supervise production processes, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate daily operations to meet manufacturing targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee daily production batches in pharma/chemical plants
- Supervise plant operators and coordinate shop floor activities
- Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR) and standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Coordinate with QA/QC and Maintenance departments for smooth operations
- Ensure adherence to plant safety protocols and GMP/regulatory requirements
- Troubleshoot process deviations and optimize cycle times
Qualification and Requirements
- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry, B.Tech Chemical Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience: Prior experience in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing plants
- Gender Preference: Male candidates only (due to shift operations)
- Location: Boisar MIDC, Maharashtra
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Strong knowledge of plant equipment, safety, and operational standards
