About the Role
As a Diploma / BE Electrical Engineer, you will be part of the electrical maintenance and operations team responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of all electrical infrastructure within the facility. Freshers will receive comprehensive on-the-job training from senior engineers, while experienced candidates will take on leadership responsibilities in troubleshooting, system design, and preventive maintenance planning. This role provides exposure to industrial automation, power distribution, and energy management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems including panels, motors, transformers, and drives
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and wiring layouts
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, IE Rules, and statutory regulations
- Assist in commissioning of new electrical equipment and machinery
- Prepare maintenance reports, documentation, and energy consumption analysis
Qualification and Requirements
- Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering OR B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Freshers Welcome / 1-5 years (both categories can apply)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, VFD, and electrical control panels
- Strong understanding of electrical testing instruments and measurement tools
- Familiarity with industrial safety protocols and lockout-tagout procedures
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Willingness to work in shifts and plant environment
