We are seeking skilled CNC Machine Operators to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines in our client's manufacturing facility. Both freshers and experienced candidates with a mechanical background are encouraged to apply.
About the Role
As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision components as per specifications. You will work in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring quality output and minimal downtime. This role offers hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, grinding, etc.)
- Load raw materials and unload finished parts as per production schedule
- Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to maintain quality
- Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Report any machine malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Qualification and Requirements
- Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade
- Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates welcome
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming (G-code/M-code) is a plus
- Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality inspection
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in shifts
