Small Description
We are hiring 10 candidates for Quality Control (QC) and Production roles in our client's manufacturing facility. Science graduates (BSc Chemistry / MSc) with a keen interest in quality assurance and production operations are encouraged to apply. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
About the Role
As a QC and Production professional, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality through testing and analysis, as well as supporting production operations. You will work in a laboratory and plant environment, conducting chemical analyses, monitoring production processes, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. This is a great opportunity for science graduates to build a career in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications
- Document test results and maintain quality records
- Identify and report quality deviations and non-conformances
- Support production team in process optimization and troubleshooting
- Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO, and safety standards
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment
- Prepare and maintain batch records and certificates of analysis
Qualification and Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. in Chemistry or M.Sc. in Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Biochemistry
- Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates welcome
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Knowledge of laboratory techniques (titration, chromatography, spectroscopy) is preferred
- Familiarity with QC documentation and GMP practices
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a team environment
