We are looking for candidates to handle accounting, sales, and purchase functions for our client's manufacturing business. This role is ideal for graduates with a background in commerce or business who want to work in a dynamic industrial environment.
About the Role
As an Account, Sales, and Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial records, coordinating with vendors and customers, and supporting procurement activities. You will work closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure smooth business operations. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records, ledgers, and financial statements
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment receipts
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement of materials and supplies
- Handle sales inquiries, quotations, and order processing
- Follow up with customers for payments and collections
- Prepare monthly reports on sales, purchases, and expenses
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
- Maintain files and documentation for audit purposes
Qualification and Requirements
- Education: B.Com, BBA, or equivalent degree in Commerce
- Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates welcome
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST/TDS
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Tally preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
