Responsibilities and Duties - Maintain Resumes & profiles of candidates & post vacancies on online platform as and when required - Evaluate the application & shortlist candidate as per the standards set by management - Hire efficient & talented resources that contributes growth to the Company at a low cost in consultation with management - Review required of Human resource in organisation - Conduct training(Office Culture & ethics) programme for the employee in Company - Evaluate employees on set parameters by management & accordingly giving them a monthly score - Draft code of conduct in office,office rules & policies get approval from management & ensure implementation of the same - To manage the infrastructure & maintain assets register of the Office premises - To keep a check that assets of office are in good position - To maintain inventories of stationary & other essential requirements in the office - To keep a check on cleaning & sanitation - Monitor the Office rules & policies formed by management & suggest administrative policies to the management - To maintain a healthy relationship with clients visiting office - To keep a tract on no. of clients & ensure that employees are working good on their retention - To seek clarifications from employees in case of loss of any client - To check that reports are maintained properly by the employees & timely submitted to management - To evaluate the work quality of employees & dealing with client - To interact directly with the clients for their feedback - To look for new avenues & business opportunity that Company can explore - To work as strategist & find out avenues for growth - To design business models
